Effects of nano guano, nano phosphate rock, and SP-36 fertilizers on maize growth and phosphorus uptake in inceptisol

Nanotechnology fertilizers are associated with objects measuring 1 nm to 100 capable of controlling or manipulating at an atomic scale. Phosphorus is one the essential nutrients needed by plants in large amounts. Maize a strategic commodity requiring optimal nutrients. Inceptisol soil that has relatively low fertility and chemical properties. The addition P plays important role improving quality. This study aimed compare types nano guano, phosphate rock, SP-36 various doses P2O5 determine most effective type. research was arranged completely randomized design (CRD) two factors. first factor type fertilizer, consisting SP-36. second dose four treatment levels, namely 0 kg.ha-1, 50 150 kg.ha-1. results showed rock fertilizer for maize Inceptisol. optimum which able produce highest plant height (215.67 cm) phosphorus uptake (0.4765 g/plant).
